BMW 3-Series Xdrive recovered in small quantities

190 BMW 3-Series Xdrive new life will be withdrawn because of errors front axle.

Recently, BMW has announced it will withdraw a small amount of life the 3-Series 2011 is equipped with four-wheel drive Xdrive. This is because the front axle fault.

According to BMW, mounting bolts on the front axle was not tightened according to specifications. In normal driving conditions, bolts may loosen, causing loss of power transmitted to the front, failure or even accidents. Warning signs of loose bolts status as front-shake or emit strange noise.

Under the plan, BMW will send notices to customers in October to. These vehicles will be subject to recall testing and repair (if necessary) free of charge at the BMW dealer.

Both the 335i and 338i equipped with the 4WD Xdrive are faulty bolt front axle. Fortunately, only 190 BMW 3-Series Xdrive production between 8/2-29/7/2011 recovered.

Early in August the past, BMW has also recalled 241,000 units 3-Series from 2002-2005 produced by errors brake lights.
